Before joining the team in 2002, Bufe enjoyed more than 20 years of experience in various financial institutions and services around the country. His history of conducting ALM Workshops and supervising customized training solutions have given him a vast knowledge of implementing successful ideas as well as an increased value to his facilitation of credit union strategic sessions.
