Ashley – Branch Management / Member Service Irving / Denton /

Ashley has over 5 years experience
working in the banking world as a Teller Supervisor and Assistant Branch
Manager. She has shown a track record of excelling in customer service,
branch operations and exceeding branch sales goals. She has been responsible
for the daily operations of the branch and the staff of 6 employees while the
Branch Manager was tasked with spending most of their day out on sales
calls. Her branch led her district in Customer Service scores each
quarter and created positive growth each year during tough economic
times. She was also responsible for the lending process from originating
the loan and then receiving it back from underwriting for closing and

Sheri has worked for the last 7.5 years in financial
institutions with experience in Teller Operations, Back Office Operations, Call
Center, New Accounts, Business Banking, Lending and Sales. In her current
role as a Loan Officer, she is responsible for the entire loan process from
originating the loan, creating the loan file and the processing and closing of
the loan. In the absence of a Branch Manager, she is also the senior
person in the branch and acts as the supervisor for the staff. She would
like to find a Loan Officer or Assistant Branch Manager position and continue
her career within the credit union industry.
Jessica – Teller / Member Service

Jessica worked for almost 2 years with a credit union as a
Teller and Member Service Representative where she worked with members on their
daily transactions, answer account inquiries and opening new accounts.
She also did everything on the loan side except for the decisioning of the loan
as she accepted the loan application, processed the loan and closed the
loan. She also spent 8.5 years with Bank of America prior to that working
within the ATM department and Cash Vault Services. She is looking for an
opportunity to remain in the credit union industry and would be comfortable in
a position within a call-center environment or dealing with members

Brooke – Member Service / Lending Irving / HEB / Fort Worth
Brooke has 6 years experience working in the credit union
industry in positions such as Collections, Teller and Member Service
Representative. Her most recent position as a Member Service
Representative required her to work with members on opening new personal and
business accounts and originating and closing loans of all types. She has
also run a cash drawer and assisted members with CDs and IRAs. She is
looking for a position that would allow her to use those experience and
continue her credit union career in a Member Service or Lending position now
that she has relocated back home to the DFW area.
Michael – Information Technology Dallas / Fort Worth
Michael has 2 years experience working in the IT area for credit unions
in the roles of Systems Specialist and Helpdesk Technician. His worked as
a Systems Analyst required him to help streamline the IT operations and
processes for the credit union, administering the network, and helping prepare
documentation for the credit union’s disaster recovery plan. He also
assisted in the managing of the Cisco networking devices, security management
and Altigen VOIP systems. As a Helpdesk Technician, he would work
directly with the employees of the credit union to resolve any issues they
might have. He would set-up, maintain and repair PCs, LANs CDMs, PDAs,
and printers as well as produce daily back-ups. He is hoping to find an
IT position that would allow him to remain in the credit union industry.
He is very interested in remaining in the credit union industry and would be
available right away.
Pamela – Accounting / Financial Dallas / Irving / Denton
Pamela has 30 years of accounting and finance experience with time
spent working in the credit union industry. She spent 5 years as the AVP
of Finance with a credit union where she managed a staff of accountants and was
responsible for the preparation of the monthly and annual financial
statements, the ALM, Audit and NCUA exam coordination, indirect lending
accounting, ProfitStar reporting, expense variance analysis, monthly expense
accruals, and general ledger entries and month-end processing. She is
looking for an opportunity to return to the credit union industry and is very
interested in something in the Accounting or Finance area and would be
available to meet with you with just a little notice.
Stacy –

Stacy has
over 4 years of Customer Service experience in retail. She currently works at Lowes in a dual
role. In the Cash office, she is responsible
for balancing the store and closing reports.
As a customer service associate, she assisting customers and cashiering.

Jennifer is
a recent college graduate looking to continue her career in Finance. Jennifer

year of Courtesy Booth experience with Fiesta. As a Teller for Fiesta, Linda is
responsible for cashing checks, selling money orders and making utility
payments. Her duties are similar to a Credit Union Teller. Linda is looking for
an entry-level position in the CU industry. She is bright, eager to learn and
ready to beginning her career.
Brandy – Lending / FSR Katy
As a
seasoned credit union employee, Brandy brings both experience and knowledge to
the table. She began her career as a Teller, was promoted to New Accounts and
currently works as a Loan Officer. She is responsible for analyzing credit; processing
and underwriting loans, processing credit card advances, as well as assisting
with vault balancing and reconciling ATM’s. Brandy has recently relocated to
the Katy area, making her current commute a long one. Brandy is professional,
knowledgeable, and friendly. She has a great personality that members seem to

Ursula recently
relocated to the Houston area from El Paso Texas where she worked for El Paso
Area Teachers FCU for more than 5 years. As a Member Service Office, her duties
included opening/closing accounts, processing loans, cross selling lending
products such as GAP, Extended Warranty etc, assisting as a Teller when needed,
along with a variety of other responsibilities. Ursula would love the
opportunity to continue her credit union career in the Houston area. Ursula has
