Part-time Teller needed!

A Credit Union in The Woodlands is looking for sharp, hardworking and friendly individuals with excellent communication skills. You must have the ability to work independently and possess excellent customer service skills. 

Hours: Monday through Friday from 11 am to 4 pm

Essential functions and basic duties:

• Represents the Credit Union in a courteous and professional manner.
• Receives deposits and disburses cash or check withdrawals.
• Balances daily transactions and verifies cash totals. Investigates and resolves out-of-balance conditions.
• Answers questions and solves problems for members by listening to problems, collecting data, securing answers, and reporting results to the inquiring party.
• Resolves member bookkeeping and checking account problems. Takes stop payment orders.
• Maintains and projects the Credit Union's professional reputation.
• Maintains privacy of member account information.
  

Education/certification: High school graduate or equivalent.

Experience required: Six months of Credit Union or banking experience or two years of consecutive cash handling experience in a retail environment.
