Join the call center team at this centrally located Credit union. This person will be responsible for assisting existing and potential members with their telephone, email, fax and internet requests. This person will explain credit union services, respond to problems, and direct phone calls to the appropriate areas. The ideal candidate will have six months to two years of similar or related experience and have good listening and telephone skills. Must also possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Fun department to work in!!!!
Responsible for counseling members on products and services, assisting with account inquires, working assigned reports, processing wire requests, as well as a number of other related responsibilities.

- Must have strong computer skills
- At least 6 months of related experience; bank or credit union experience preferred
