Antonio - MSR (West Houston)


Antonio has almost three years of experience in the finance industry. He began his career in California as a Teller for Fiscal Credit Union. He was responsible for processing transactions and cross selling products and services. Antonio also assisted in the Call Center when they were short staffed. He also acted as Lead Teller and was responsible for balancing the vault and assisting new Tellers. After moving to Arlington, He began working for Wells Fargo as a Personal Financial Representative. Antonio is now in Houston and would like to resume his career with a Credit Union. He is looking for a position that will offer him stability as well as the opportunity for growth.

Carol - Trainer (Houston)

*Has CU Experience

Degree: BA-Mass Communications (Public Relations)
Carol is currently the only trainer and is responsible for new hire training, teaches them all the credit union guidelines and how to use their system which is Focus XP. As soon as anyone gets promoted: she teaches them to do desk transactions (how to open new accounts, IRA’s and such). They have 3 levels of MSR’s and she does training at each level. She teaches how to open business accounts, holds IRA classes, new hires, new manager classes and more. Every power point has been created by her. She meets with the leadership team to determine what they want in the training curriculum and she makes sure she meets those needs.

She Loves training, so let’s help her get back to Houston with family.

Caroline - MSR (Northeast Houston)

Experienced and professional. Caroline has over 8 Years of banking experience as a Teller/Teller Supervisor. In her last position she was responsible for the day to day operations of the branch and has experience opening new accounts and auditing loans. Caroline is looking for a PT Teller or MSR. She is very experienced and professional. She would be a great asset to any credit union and would be able to hit the ground running with little to no training.

Debra - Marketing (Dallas/Fort Worth)

Debra has more than 20 years of experience in the Marketing area with almost 10 of those years coming in the credit union industry.  She has worked with credit unions on creating strategic marketing plans, creating and launching promotional campaigns, conducting annual member surveys and helping the credit union establish their branding.  She has just relocated to the DFW area from the Northwest and is hoping to find an opportunity within a credit union to continue her Marketing career in the credit union industry.

Diana - Lending (Dallas/Fort Worth)

Diana has worked in the credit union industry since 2002 in the lending area and has just relocated from Houston to the Dallas – Fort Worth area.  She most recently worked as a Senior Loan Servicing Representative and would process and disperse loans, process title work, process payoffs and letters of guarantee.  She would also audit loans and assist in the training and mentoring of new employees in the lending area.  She would really love to continue her career in the lending area with a local credit union.

Dominique - Teller (Dallas)

Dominique has just over a year’s experience working as a Teller with a credit union on a part-time basis.  In her role, she would work directly with the members on their daily transactions such as accepting deposits, cashing checks and accepting loan payments.  She would also assist in the cross-selling of additional credit union products and services.  She is looking for a full-time Teller position. 

James - Part Time Member Service (Dallas)

James and his family recently relocated to the Dallas area after his retirement but he has decided that he would like to continue working on a part-time basis.  He has worked as a Branch Manager and Assistant Vice President with a credit union but he is now only interested in something perhaps in the Member Service area of a branch for about 25 hours a week or so.  He would like to use his experience to work with members and perhaps even serve as a mentor to other branch staff when needed.

Jeremy - Member Service/Lending (Dallas)

Jeremy has 6+ years working in the credit union industry as a Teller, Member Service and Lending.  I did get feedback that he was very organized with his work and did well in preparing loan docs for review and closing.  He is looking for something in the Lending and/or Member Service area and has even served as a back-up Teller when needed.  He could be available this week to meet with you.

Jerry - Assist with Special Projects (Houston)

Former retired CEO is interested in assisting as needed for any special project.

He served as a credit union President/CEO/General Manager for many years

Assistance with Accounting, Compliance, Facility Expansion, Community Charter, Budgeting, exam resolution, organizational development and more.

Kim BM/ABM/MSR (Houston-North to NE)
