Position will be responsible for providing support to the VP of risk Management in connection with the CU’s ERM program. This includes assisting with program development and providing both oversight and coordination of risk processes across the organization
Primary responsibility is ensuring the Credit Unions ERM Policy as approved by the Board is carried out, which includes planning and leading the Risk Management Committee meeting with annual risk assessments, identifying and reporting of key emerging risk and coordination with other departments on cross-functional projects. Responsible for providing regular reports and ERM training to staff, mgt. and the board. Ensuring the ERM program is in compliance with NCUA guidelines and requirements. Responsible for the Business Continuity Program and involved in special projects related to reducing risk identified in risk assessments.
Experience Needed: Bachelor’s Degree with 3 to 5 years of specific experience. Training or Certification in Enterprise Risk Management required. Must possess excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
