CUER has several Call Center openings for our Houston area Credit Union's.
A Call Center Representative will assist existing and potential members by servicing their accounts as well as answering any questions or concerns they have. In addition you will be responsible for educating members on credit union products and services as well as directing their phone calls to the appropriate departments. This position requires candidates with excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
Locations of openings:
Bilingual candidates preferred but not required (Spanish)*
High School Diploma or its equivalency.
One year of Call Center experience OR 2 years of general banking or Credit Union experience.
