Call Center opening for our SW Houston!! Great Opportunity, Great Hours (Mon-Friday only)
A Call Center Representative will assist members by servicing their accounts as well as answering any questions or concerns they have. In addition you will be responsible for educating members on credit union products and services as well as directing their phone calls to the appropriate departments. This position requires candidates with excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
One year of Call Center experience OR 2 years of general banking or Credit Union experience.
