Upon completion of our screening process, we will submit qualified applicants to the credit union for review. In addition, we will coordinate interviews and assist in each step of the hiring process.
In addition to recruiting, screening, interviewing and skill testing individuals, we can also offer complete background checks. We will provide you a comprehensive background review including: cumis bond, criminal record check, reference check, credit report, education, drug testing (when applicable) and Step One Profile.

Temporary employees are available to cover an absence, to complete a project, or to keep your staffing needs flexible through any increase in business requirements. We guarantee the performance of all temporary staffing employees. If you are not happy with the performance of our employee, contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the situation.
Temporary-to-Hire staffing is a way for credit unions to assess the individual for the right match. Once your selection has been made, we will employ that individual to work in your credit union for 640 hours. When the 640 hours are complete, you may choose to transfer that employee to your payroll at no additional cost. You may also choose to continue the assignment for up to 2,080 hours.
