Karen Houston-Johnson serves as vice president of OnBalance. Prior to joining Credit Union Resources, Inc., Karen was an independent business owner with her own consulting firm. Additionally, she brings with her more than 30 years of expertly informed experience with the credit union industry in a variety of areas such as: management, operations, human resources, corporate strategic planning and training. By employing an effective and beneficial “hands-on” approach to her work, Karen instills the insight and advice that can only be achieved through years of experience.
