Bilingual-Management Trainee-Houston

We are currently seeking a full time Bilingual- Spanish Management Trainee for a NW Houston area Credit Union. The Management Trainee will learn Credit Union operations, while also rotating to each of our Houston-area branch locations.  This position will support various Branch Operation Managers, by learning management duties and working in that capacity on a routine basis. Contributions and successes in this position can open doors to future Management opportunities at the Credit Union.

Job Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree with a Business designation is required.   Applicants who do not possess a Bachelor’s degree/Business major will not be considered.  A Finance degree is strongly preferred.  Candidates must be proficient in MS Office, possess decision-making qualities, be sales and service oriented, and be able to consistently work flexible hours, including some evenings and rotational Saturdays.
