CUER is looking to fill several Member Service Representative/ Financial Service Rep openings with our Houston area Credit Unions. In this role you will be responsible for opening new accounts and selling Credit Union products and services.  

Immediate openings in Central Houston, Sugarland, NW Houston, West Houston, Katy and surrounding areas.

Experience Required : 

·   Min. 1 year of new accounts/cross-selling in the finance industry (Bank or Credit Union).

·   Candidates with 4+ years of Teller experience that have been cross-trained to open new accounts will also be considered.

Education:  A high school diploma or its equivalency.

Skills: Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to cross-sell services and products; thorough knowledge of all credit union products and services; ability to handle confidential information with discretion; must be able to demonstrate the ability to be an active communicator, both listening and speaking skills; must possess a customer service attitude, willing to accept new ideas and adapt to change; must be able to demonstrate initiative in identifying problems/solutions and enhancing quality service; and must be able to maintain a positive attitude.
